As a LINE COOK, we are looking for cooks who love working in the kitchen, someone who wants to cook delicious food using proper technique and to help uphold the culinary standard atFringe Barthrough their actions every day on the line. Every cook is expected to be Timely & Focused and to show teamwork and reliability every day. AtFringe Bar, we are willing and able to teach and coach while we work, so if you are looking to build skills, this is the place! LINE COOKS should have at least one year full-service restaurant experience. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to the level of culinary excellence that we are striving to achieve. LINE COOKS come in around 3 pm and work until the last call of the kitchen, which is currently 9 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends. Full-time cooks work 4-5 days/week. Full open availability is essential to receiving a full-time schedule, and right now candidates must be available for SAT and SUN. No exceptions. Fringe Bar is an equal-opportunity employer.
